Hello everyone thank you for your input. getting banned for starting a fire and accidentally killing someone who gun pointed me is messed up.

from experience unless the roleplayers lose against police or get all arrested doing some crazy fun RP scenarios they dont get banned but if they win against police in a shootout or avoid arrest they all get banned. the fun part of using pistols is that you dont just destroy police instantly...
