I have used the car and I'm RTU now and with my long experience with this car, I think its quite shit. For a RTU car, its so slow, It still definitely needs a upgrade.

Fair, I just want some useful item that isn't immediately made CPL+ . The only way I see it working for SO is extremely strict policies, which will be too strict, people will complain, and then they will just not use it as it more of a risk to use it than just using /y.

Another alterative, make it like the taser SO+ can apply and you must pass a similar application like the taser.
