Maybe allow people to instead or applying for officer on PLPD online anyone can apply for SS. ss can get IA'S but is its own role and has their own policies. Plpd blacklisted users should still reserve the right to apply for SSA imo. And SSA should be a career anyone cal apply to, like officer.

Agreed. We cant sit and put accountability on the SS that are PD but not on non-PD ss. Either everyone is held accountable by IA or not.
