Huge agree, XP and money should absoloutely be shared in every job. Otherwise, you create an adversarial situation in what should be a cooperative enviroment.

I will lower you ban to 5 days so you can play over the weekend. In future, if you have been run over by an officer during an active situation, you should reasonably expect to be gunpointed. Your record for 3.4 is pretty bad, so any further infractions will result in ban equal or longer in length.
