same reason why carrying a inventory with a weight of 300kg doesn't slow you down with all the shit sometimes people carry with them. it's a small QOL and would only make the life of Firefighter's easier and something to work and progress towards, it's not going to impact anyone drastically...

Remove -d3d9ex you don't need many launch options and you can use these without issues unless you need a controller -nojoy -nosteamcontroller -particles 1 -no_texture_stream -precachefontchars -noquicktime

A lot of these commands got removed in July's update like fastzreject because they apparently didn't even do anything. r_3dsky, r_drawdetailprops, r_shadows and the multicore commands are the only thing that really matter at the moment to be honest.

Apparently the Limo consumes fuel like mad so be prepared to refuel it all the time, but then again it is a 5 million car so I doubt you care that much. Definitely a good buy because it's a rare sight and leads to some funny taxi moments (especially when showing new players around).
