Assuming you used the same cables, the same new monitor, it might just be a faulty monitor and I would get that replaced under warranty.

Here's what I want you to try. IF you have a spare monitor, used or an old one, plug it in to see if it works. IF you have a spare GPU lying around (literally any should work), plug it into the PC. I'm not sure how you packaged your PC and I pray you did remove your GPU as that's what broke...
