Maybe while we're at it add the posibility for sgt+ (cpl when sgt not available) to mute specific officers from the radio

IF this were to be approved, Corporal or SGT+ should be able to overide the radiotraffic. However i don't think PLPD/Perp is to the point of policing where this would be effective or work well. Good idea though, not sure if it fits here.
