You failed to give teby orders to surrender nor did you at least attempt to check whether they were visibly armed or not. As such your actions violated rule 2.5 and a 5 day ban will be issued.

As with ingame reports, it falls to the reporting party to provide evidence of the alleged acts. I'm looking through logs and that is as far as I will go. Either you provide the demo evidence or this AR will need to be closed.
