Half the people in that org are perm banned or don’t play anymore. There were only around five active players in MIP, and they only added more people to counter the zerg.

i mean, if they aren’t in the same org, they aren’t getting all the XP, so it gets spread out across all the orgs raiding instead of just one

They only added people when you created an org with 50 people. The only way to win against a zerg is to zerg yourself.

The only way to fix this is to limit the number of people allowed in an org more strictly or increase the punishment for having too many people in an org.
