Buffing non-lethals to make them more viable will encourage more use = encouraging avoiding loss of life. You can't say these tools WOULD help once cops started caring about using non-lethal options then not providing non-lethal options.

I don’t have a clip but I can confirm this happened to multiple people at once during a PD raid about a month or two ago. Unsure if the change has been implemented recently or not
