i definitely think adding a visual effect would be a great idea! i play ems relatively often and this would definitely be useful. however i do have to agree that a sound effect for injured people would benefit raiders by giving away defenders locations

if someone is willing to host it this would be a great idea! it just may be hard to find people willing to do it and keep it up 24/7, i’m sure if someone set something up it could be added in game
