nah but realistically its hard to introduce actual decent roleplay situations that can make stuff fun without players taking it too serious, because even if you do, you get stupid people that will roleplay as a "schizophrenic in a manic episode" and attempt to shoot as many officers possible.

it could be that some files are still in your addons folder (or cache idk if they still stay there), but not in your workshop tab, if nothing else works, uninstall gmod and delete the entire gmod folder and then reinstall, this usually fixes most issues
