Personally I think dispatch should either be removed or have more structure to it. Realistically dispatch is just left to the side with no updates and no attention. However with half decent dispatchers everything runs smoother and more effectively.

The org level reset in my opinion is a bad idea. Most orgs spend months grinding to where they are for them to just have to restart over. If levels were easier to obtain then maybe I could understand the resetting but as it stands its not a good idea.
