Productive response, if you are saying that you're extending that mugging past the point of taking my items and zip tying me, you're then kidnapping me.

If i had spoken directly after that I'd agree with you, however the situation was complete, you had my items and using such a broad command that meant anytime within your vicinity (even when you're no longer focused on me or gunpointing me) as an excuse to kill me and prevent revenge is excessive.
