The main problem I see within the PLPD for a while, they are giving corporal and sergeant positions to anyone who applies with good Ors. 90% of the new ones aren't very good. Agreed, basing is stale as fuck. Something like printers would be a good idea. something with a large setup cost, say around 50k each time you want to base.
