From the logs I can see he crashed at 61MPH on the highway not into anything fixed to the map and while on the correct side of the road. This means there must have been an obstruction or someone crashed into him. For this reason and the lack of video evidence this is denied.

Breaking this rule again will result in a longer punishment without chance of an apology being accepted.
