You should have left the area as the situation was clearly still going on due to the active shots, you unnecessarily put your life/freedom at risk here by loitering in the area. Worrying about your property being raided is not reason to stay in the area of a raid. You should have left the area...

They're updating planters so you can upgrade them and such I believe so this might be added back in the future

This is part of a bug that's been happening today, it seems anything that usually temporarily freezes the player now will sometimes permanently freeze you, you need to re-join if this happens.

This will happen with any chair against any wall if placed like this, its just the way the game is, if you do witness someone abusing this, just report it as staff will punish them for it.

The mayor in fact does not have access to this door, as for secret service, I don't know
