Depends, I do alot of 3d printed stuff and we use Hex Screws usually M2.6/M3 Hex screws/bolts with heat inserts into the plastic. I think Phillips are cheap and reliable, easy to use. Overall I want to say the BEST screw is probably a Cross Head or a Phillips screw? but its a nuanced question...
