I think that we should take into consideration the potential for abuse of the wheel clamps. If this was to happen then I'd only support it if we could limit this to a specific rank e.g. Corporal+ I may be a bit biased in this since I am a member of the best PLPD division (is joke no mad pls)...

Currently, it's just a select box. How about instead of making the select box set a time we basically get buttons like +10 minutes, +1 hour, +1 day, +1 week, +1 month, +1 year and a checkbox for permanent?

This would be great, but if this happens a dispatcher should also be able to switch it for units, and the channel should clearly be indicated on the HUD to prevent you from forgetting that you're on a different channel and it suddenly becomes awfully calm in the city from your perspective.
