try checking for updates. both steam and gmod. if that doesnt work, have you recently installed any new games? check your firewall aswell, make sure nothing is blocked steam/gmod related

try checking your autoexec.cfg if you have one. Also go into steam --> Gmod --> Launch options and there should be something about commands to run on start. try deleting all of the commands in your autoexec and in that section

tldr, i feel like the suggestion is very useful. This is because on low pop when no CPLs or SGTs are on, the DNA just lingers around. The warrant can legit be uploaded hours later since there are barrely any incidents around that time and therefor making the warrant check utterly useless
