These people should have been punished for 3.4 (or maybe even 2.5) for making cops engage in a hostage sit then randomly shooting them anyway. I advocated for this when I was on the staff team but it never went anywhere.

There was a chance they would not, whereas now it's always shooting all of the time. The people who randomly started shooting cops after successful negotiations should have been punished for 3.4 btw
