Server stores information about the amount of drugs picked up, drops that many if you die before the timer expires. Store them to avoid this.

You wouldn't save any time on driving around the other side. When parking in the designated parking space downstairs in the garage, you can easily just run upstairs and go to casino directly. You spend longer driving around than you would have spent on walking.

This isn't a non-issue. I frequently ran into the friend request rate limit on steam because of this and could not take ARs as a result. Making the server notify you of a pending AR would solve this problem. This should have been automated a long time ago.
