I think this is a good idea, maybe tweaking vandalism to have a higher charge could also be used since it would be easy just doing graffiti all day and just getting tickets or barely any jail time.

Honestly, it is really annoying how it didnt auto kick them out when the car was disabled so I do think this would be a good addition. im also happy that i was able to give you this idea!
