The mayor cannot just hide in pd to avoid being killed for high taxes ect and if the mayor is abiding by only doing what they need in pd then realistically a pd raid shouldn't have time to happen. Instead you should be making a report f6 and getting a staff member to tell them to leave the pd.

Nah if its an org shop like bacon its usually stocked so its fine, what she is referring to is like being the sole person in an org trying to craft where the org doesn't have a shop

Unfortunately if you have a shop you have to stock it otherwise it will get force sold as you're taking a slot from people who want to sell
