I suggested something similar to this in the staff discord for V5 regarding puffermart, saying it should come with the same protections as a regular shop does when used as such. However on V6 I see no properties that aren't protected properties already where this stands to gain anything...

Perhaps this could be a levelling up perk? Firefighters often have divers on their squad in coastal areas for Hazardous Materials response, evidence recovery and rescue purposes. A whole new diving gear model wouldn't really be very useful to add but firefighters already wear a suit and oxygen...
