Not necessarily. There is house raids as well as robbing bank. You are able to rob houses ( raid ) rob people ( mug ) rob bank as mentioned of course in accordance to the rules. But it will be pointless to be able to rob gas stations as there are many ways of making income already.

Been suggested several times to rob npc shops but never got accepted. There is many ways of making money being crime or out of crime e.g. Drug production, Jobs . Probably will never get accepted.

Personally is not worth the time for developers to get a sound for an electric car such as the nissan leaf. There are ways of customising the sound to your own liking which. Am sure there is that one forum thread regarding editing sound in perpheads. It just doesn't come across as a large issue...
