What are these weird things? If a command member sees that they're gonna take action what type of example is this?? What the peak said TFU command does many stuff to then have to do OR's would be excessive each command do different things

What does people being command do with this? Also what policy changes does this consist of would be a bit better if you could be a bit more descriptive and not expect people to just immediately find out.
