Im all for this. I often see RTFOs not having the chance to gear up in time and having to run to bank without any gear on, which can definitely limit our ability to win bank robberies (especially if im the only one in gear, im kinda buns)

The reason its 3 days is probably to give you more time to familiarise yourself with policies, SOPs and understanding how being a police officer works. For sergeants its a week playtime I believe! I don't see them changing this anytime soon, you'll just have to wait a bit longer :)

From what I've seen it only ignores police if I remember correctly

Adding onto this point. Due to the amount of pistol cops vs the amount of supervisors, most supervisors would be paired with multiple pistol cops at one time. Furthermore, would it just be Sergeants? As a major would have considerably more duties than a Sergeant would. Our job as supervisors...

I love helping newer cops, but as a supervisor myself I don't want to constantly do it, sometimes I just want to get on and chill with my friends. If you want/need help come up to me and ask, it shouldn't be forced on us as some of us have other duties also.

yeah but exrobite means like have it displayed constantly, or maybe have an option in the f1 menu to display the fire rate mode on the top left corner when not looking in the inventory
