You don’t need to download anything, just upload the demo. You should have that specific demo in your /garrysmod/data/phdemos folder.

If you don’t have your demo, this dispute will be denied and you can be liable for 1.6 if you don’t have your demos for future situations. It is up to you to have enough storage and to make sure your demos are recording, look at the guide given...
