Personally I like PD the most. Firefighter/EMS are tied for second place. I feel like FD is great passive RP and a lot of people build cool things in the fire department whilst waiting for calls. But PD just has the most unique interactions and in depth mechanics.

Im all for this. I often see RTFOs not having the chance to gear up in time and having to run to bank without any gear on, which can definitely limit our ability to win bank robberies (especially if im the only one in gear, im kinda buns)

The reason its 3 days is probably to give you more time to familiarise yourself with policies, SOPs and understanding how being a police officer works. For sergeants its a week playtime I believe! I don't see them changing this anytime soon, you'll just have to wait a bit longer :)
