That's why my suggestion is to give it to SO+ and being an RTO as a requirement as well, to prevent people from using this feature to troll other players. Playing as a cop, your phone in those type of scenarios should be roleplayed as your service phone issued by the police department...

I truly understand your point of view, but I do think it makes more sense being a feature for RTO's, that hold the rank of SO+, as we are the ones that handle more the traffic stuff. If I'm not mistaken in Patrol, Cpl+ can ring people that have their vehicles flagged as stolen.

It should be an RTU only feature, since RTU is the specialized division in regards to traffic stuff, and obviously, to encourage more people to join it as well.

In my opinion, that can be resolved by doing an internal affairs complaint, or as last resource, an F6 report.
