It completely diminishes the point of the casino that's on the map imo, If there were to be something added, maybe more options within the casino other than Blackjack, Slots etc, That type of suggestion is what I would vote for.

Get a million, sit down on blackjack. 100k middle, small bets on side. I do 5-10k they rarely hit. Sometimes you can come out with 8 mil in your pocket, or a glock to the dome in the casino bathroom

Couldnt you get around this by having the house be a pool? money to enter pool is specified by table owner, each turn you add to the pool. Winner gets the pool. So if house wins the pool grows. With a no money mode. That way it doesnt print money, just transfer it.
