You're missing textures? You sure you got the packs all downloaded? If so i really recommend the "last resort", it takes no time. Also if you got old content installed, delete it. Same with any addons or stuff you got on that might be messing with the server.

When i jumped on v6 for the first time this happened to me aswell the majority of it, i verified steam files and didn't fix it. I fully factory reset my game and reinstalled it aswell so on, worked for me after.
