Is it phyisically possible? Yes. But do we want it as a mechanic? Not really. If someone who is rescuing you knows you, they probably already have keys. We don't want someone to be able to give someone access to their car while they are being arrested.

It was causing some unrelated issues and crashes, so we need to look into that and see if they are fixable before we think about reintroducing the queue

We changed some settings on the queue and it caused some people to get stuck. Shouldn't happen again. We are monitoring it.

We have turned the queue back on.

We are yet to know this. Yesterday was not a proper test of queue speeds. It was the first time we turned it on properly, and we uncovered major bugs that meant significant delays in wait time. A longer testing period is needed to know actual average wait times.

Also just to clarify, we have 0 intentions of monetizing the queue. The introduction of the vanity store is to help us fund development without having to monetize core systems. That's very important to all of us on the development team.

Once the major bugs found yesterday are fixed and we do a longer test of the system (most likely a few weeks), we will monitor the server's statistics and queue statistics to see if it does provide better server engagement from both new players and returning players, as well as general feedback...

Spamming enter is advantageous to those with better pings. It also negatively effects new players who don't know the trick and will give up after one or two attempts.

We have disabled the system again while we work on fixing the issues. Thanks for everyone's feedback so far.
