What problem would this actually be solving though? What is wrong with what the current loadout and tactics provide from a gameplay perspective that this would improve on?

Image entities are limited due to the performance impact they have, requesting an extension allows a staff member (Senior Mod+) to review your use case.

A cool idea but unfortunately not something we are considering a priority right now. It is hard to justify the huge amount of development time it would take to create new clothing models for each of the PD ranks just for 1 month of the year.

The current system with roadcrew, wrenches and repair shops is already pretty well balanced

If you really want to do this, you can use image frames. We'd rather not introduce this because we want to keep shootouts at bazaar down.

We intend for any perks you get from ranking up in a job to stay within that job, partly to maintain NLR, partly because making clothes takes time and anything we introduce we want as many people to use have access to as possible.
