I agree with having one more chance. Some of the spawns you get are shit, like the one at Regal’s parking lot, which is nearly impossible. Another issue I’ve seen is cops camping chop shop cars by checking the license plate. If nothing comes up, they know it’s a chop shop car and camp it...- The Peak

Action Request (UAV BOMBER TYPE-82 and spongbob sus)
They both broke 3.4. Lewis is obvious, but Pen Liza's is a bit more Iffy. However, from his clip, you can see that he fails to look around at all to make sure he isn’t being gunpointed. As a result, they both broke 3.4 and ended up dying. -
