Since yesterday, every time I join the server I get in but I'm hit with these huge waves of lagg, making it impossible to do anything at all, can anyone help me out? I have no clue what has caused this, I was playing the server a few days ago with no problems whatsoever.

Hello, I've been trying to get back in to the server, but every time I try to join the server my Gmod crashes without displaying any kind of error.. I looked up guides on how to fix this particular problem and people advised me to only allow map files or do not download any files whatsoever...
