I used to have this problem, try to reinstall windows or just you're Garrys mod folders. Worked for me. If you are definitely leaving, best of luck to what ever you decide to do with your life.

Lovely that you're trying to entertain other but be careful as some staff members don't like this as it can sometimes be use to Metagame where you are or what you are doing. Just ask the staff if its ok but im pretty sure its not.
