I can see you both were on the server when you had originally first joined so I am happy that you are both separate users, however please don't attempt to use the account again if you are banned, even if your friend isn't and he wants to play on your network/computer.

Demos seem to be corrupted, I'd have looked at the demos but they aren't working at all. I can see the user did indeed break into at regals, but I can't 100% confirm anything regarding the cop looking over, however there was a bank robbery on-going at the time so it is possible there was a cop...

You should appeal on the account you’re originally banned for as you were banned for alting, or link the actual steamID of the main one instead of the alt

I've forwarded this to Patrol Command to fix and given you Officer manually for the time-being, the law was just updated last night so the answer will be wrong.
