ban appeal dispute

Me (Discontinued) and a buddy of mine (Swan) have been permabanned for cheating without having any sort of cheating software installed. We've never used any methods of cheating on any game and frankly wouldn't know how the stuff works. Let me know if there is something we can do on our end.
