error

When I join the server my gmod crashes, but when I restart my pc it works, but I die and when I respawn it crashes, any help?

Hi, I am having problems where when I join, the people would be an error. Well, not the people, the Keys / Unarmed tool would be an error. And I didn't have this problem at all before. it just happened today. What do I do.....? I know I have all files downloaded.
