Police Suggestion Ability to adjust radio volume or user specific volume

Brief description of idea:
Give us the ability to change volume of the police radio or adjust specific users in a Discord style volume adjustment.

What benefits would this idea have for the department: I can hear my partner talk when the radio is being used by different officers.

What potential negatives could this have for the department: People might lower it too much which causes them not being able to hear the radio

yes please, I end up muting my radio because of how much ear rape there is.

Whenever I go FF or medic I end up muting the radio due to the screaming down the mic by cops. Especially when there's a shootout and there's a running commentary of every shot 7 or so cops fire.
