Why should this player be punished?: After being gun-pointed, he backed away into an open area with no cover and pulled his gun out and then shot my friend multiple times which resulted in my friend bleeding out and dying if I recall correctly. In the clip, it's fairly obvious that this is breaking rule 3.4 and I believe he should know better.

@Medium I had a conversation with morgan mathesan after that happened. I thought it was okay because the moment as he was saying it, or right before i pulled my gun. this happened i have no idea how many weeks ago and He agreed he shouldnt have done that in bazaar, and I probably was close on the gunpoint to pull my gun. could he be asked about this?

I used to have a clip of that event saved too. On the clip I had, I had the gun pulled out the moment or right before he gave the order

I even slowed down his evidence to 0.25x, I can see myself in the clip pulled my gun around when he says "yaro"

At that situation, yes. When i had a gun pointed to my face and heard "yaro" i panicked and pulled out my gun. Could morgan mathesan reply? because we talked about it after. Morgan said hes at work right now so he cant reply. Is there any way I can get a demo, because he looks away, then im behind a prop (a lighted sign) so you cant really see the exact time when the gun comes out

Although he did break 3.4, this situation happened on the 24th of April. It is quite odd you made the AR now, why not then?
According to the user that was shot, this was something friendly between the two of them. As you were not affected by this at all, we have chosen to not punish.

However, @YevgeniyPrigozhin & @attacker1983 , please do not gunpoint people in public if you two are joking around. Other players do not know you are joking around, if this was reported in-game at the time of the incident things would've probably gone differently.
