Why should this player be punished?: Player stole my friends car, i found him, followed, he crashed, i GPd him, he fled and ended up tiering the car (i dont think on purpose).

I consider this a clear gunpoint as the weapon was raised and verbal commands were clearly issued before the player was adequately committed to driving off.

Quoting rule 3.4:

"To not comply with reasonable orders given under the direct threat of a lethal weapon pointed at you"

For the reason elaborated above, the player will be given a warning for 3.4
