Why should this player be punished?: So I'd like to start by saying that there's actually multiple individuals involved in what I believe to be rule breaks during this situation, unfortunately there was no admins online last night at this time so I am doing this via an AR, the individuals involved in the rule break are;

I am attaching a clip which hopefully gives more oversight but we was raided at farm by 7 individuals where they had all died except 1 which was Ze Caralho, as you will see from the clip the raid started at 6 minutes and ended at when they killed me at 22 minutes.

With only Ze Caralho left, he just sat there camping behind a police car for almost 10 minutes, the raid at this point is over, they make zero attempts to break-in to the property, we aren't even aware he is outside until she starts to shoot at org members who are returning from their NLR as there are no longer any shots or police on scene. He literally sits behind a PD cruiser the whole time and we're completely unaware of him, they make no effort at all to flee the area and risk them being shot or killed, I think they broke 3.4 here and more than likely giving information to their friends about the situation so that they can return. I check the demo and their friends turn up and he's not on the phone, they just know to turn up...
Abuiky, he dies in the raid at farm but returns to meet up with Ze Caralho to start collecting guns, then PD turn up and they end up in a shootout with PD, they had already died in this situation at 07:52 of the demo whilst trying to lockpick into the main room, he gets wall banged and dies, but returns again to aid his friend in the same raid at 21:53.
✡Sniper Hero✡ISR︻芫 — also dies in the raid he dies at 10:27 in the demo and returns with Abuiky to aid his friend in the same raid he died in, he starts to pick up weapons and actually picks up an AK-101 before shooting both myself and Farid in the back as we exit the property at farm. We both lost guns, I lost a MP5K with suppressor and red dot sight and a stock. I'm not sure what Farid lost, a Deagle I think.
As for involvement from any of the other raiders, unfortunately my demo doesn't show this because I died so you would need to check whether they also return and aid their friends in the same situation.
