I tried contacting the user through Steam friends, but my request was not accepted, so I will proceed with this AR with the evidence I have available.

Checking the logs, the user had no valid reason to go 81 mph on Cornfield Road, doing so caused him to crash into a sign, which resulted in a tier on your vehicle.
