Why should this player be punished?: I was trying to get this fool out the car (didint comply to gunpoint multiple times) then this hood rat that didint even know the existance of this guy after i kill the guy in the car he just shoots me in the back of the head for some reason

The guy asked me for help, so I waited until I could get out my car get my gun out and shoot without getting shot down straight away. Which ultimately led to them being over near the motel.

Did you have any previous affiliation with the person in the car, prior to you pulling up and them asking you for help?

Hope but 9/10 when a random sweater who asks me for help, especially if it’s a rival they need help against I tend to help. Like I did in that situation.

The justification that you were helping the sweater doesn't really work here, as he was already shot dead by the time you attempted to aid him. The accused will recieve a short ban for 2.5/3.4.
