refused to drop his hammer while under gunpoint. Was breaking 7.3 and 7.5 illegally transporting and failed to co-operate which led to use of a firearm. User refused to drop the weapon or surrender and had to be bashed until I could handcuff him. User then started attacking me in ooc being very disrespectful and toxic.

The player failed to obey with gunpoint in this video, I will be attempting to contact them again to correct their action and elaborate the rules via the F6 function or another platform therefore I will keep my reply here short. It will be ensured that they are also spoken to about their OOC conduct, however, I don't think it is very severe to issue a punishment for.
