Why should this player be punished?: User gunned me down to start a raid slums when I wasn't even remotely close to the sensible distance to do such action and they hadn't even raided yet just insta gunned me down to start said raid

Semi Involved - So i looked back at my demo with wall hacks and it was there friend they tried to revive (Still kinda scummy imo but thats not relivent hear) @Dom/1878 thats what we heard, Edit number like 20 - You did not even start a raid at that point, im certian you did not have KOS as MJ died by his own stupidity (Death by impact in his own base the idiot...) Timeline wise, You shot MJ then raided Slums 4 - Then killed gaz uppy, and tried to rez ur friend via CPR, Then raided number 2 where dom killed you (Again good job )

We saw all of your org’s cars parked outside, and you were standing in front of slums (clearly about to flank with an MP7, like you usually do).
As we pulled up to slums, you looked at us, pulled out your phone (we assume to text your org that a raid was about to happen).
One of our org members started gun pointing you (from far away but you was in the open with no cover and bullets are magic and travel pretty fast)
He was running over to give you further instructions — then you pulled out an MP7(under GP), so he shot you.
Our intention was to hold you at gunpoint and tell you to either leave or to just hold you whilst the rest of our org flanked.
Surely this is a video of you breaking 3.4 by pulling out a gun whilst under gunpoint? you wasn't behind full cover or in a safe position to do so?
He was just out of earshot from you but gunpoint still applies?

Seems there is a lot of misinformation, so let me clear things up:

So we were going to raid slums, when we pulled up with our guns we saw mj texting org chat. To stop Mj from giving further information and to prevent him from flanking us, we wanted to gunpoint mj. I pulled up my scar and was telling mj to put his hands up, but due to the loud music playing in his POV my voice came inaudible. Whilst I was pointing my gun, Mj decided to pull his gun out which resulted in his immediate death.( Which should be a violation of 3.4).

For Dom's comment, we did not try revive Mj so that is false information.

@SomeUser Had summed up pretty well but, now, decided to change his message for some reason idk.

But yeah in summary Mj died because he pulled a gun under gunpoint and we had no intention of mugging him or making him open doors, contrary to his belief.

Ok so regarding this im not rule expert (Expert in breaking them sure), But is shooting someone for little to no gain the definition of 2.5 / 3.4, as when you pulled up you where looking for a raid sure, but there was no active crowbaring at time, and in all honesty correct me if im wrong but shooting someone when your looking for a raid is not a reason to start a raid? However i could be missinformed on that front. However I do agree with hunted tho, where the confusion enlies is that during this issue, The person in question tried to pull a gun, Now if im being honest, I feel like this could be a bit dysync, as MJ is running GMOD on a potato battery, with a pregancy test as a computer so these things could likey happen, however i would just show your clip if you have one

All I see is you guys running at MJ with guns out, no one is aiming anything at him. He is almost run over by one of you and he pulls his weapon as he feels his life is at risk. Which it apparently was? I am confused how someone on their phone escalates to them being brutally murdered while a raid wasnt even initiated and couldve been done at another time or in another way.
