Why should this player be punished?: 2.5, 5.1, 5.6

I was at suburbs storage, preparing for collecting my money from the Chop shop when these guys pulled up and starting to harras me. I told them to leave me alone or I would call the police. Nikoli Davinci gunpointed me out of the car and started to mug me behind Fredy's.

After that he told me to get into his car and he would bring me to the forest. After we arrived at hicktown he wanted me to jump in the water and drown myself. I'm in doubt here because: A) I die because of drowing/piranha's or B) They will shoot me.

Nikoli Davinci said 'I'll let you drown in peace' and left the area, where I could exit the water. Then Shirley McGraw shot me down.

@Harry Slayer Why did you gunpoint this individual and steal items from him in public, as well as driving him to hicktown and forcing himself to kill himself in the lake @John Margon Why after the other player was gunpointed, did you attempt to get the new players around him to take the firearm knowing he was GPed in a public place?
The new player does not have a forums account, as such I attempt to contact them ingames/ on steam in the coming days.

In this situation Harry Slayer should not have gunpointed you here and stolen your items after dragging you into an alleyway( that isn't even muggable btw) as well as kidnapping you for no beneficial reason and attempting to force you to kill yourself at the lake
In addition to this John Margon shouldn't of picked up your firearm and attempted to take it, as you know that he had been GPed in a public place, and this would be considered a mugging in this situation.
Finally, the new player shouldn't have killed and attempted to force you to drown yourself as this was just excessively negative in this situation.
@Harry Slayer will be receiving a warning due to already currently serving a ban for a year, and this situation wouldn't be significant in my opinion to warrant extending it to 2+.
@John Margon will be receiving a 3 day ban considering you are very active and experienced and should know in this situation that taking his firearm from him in public would be against the rules, as you even mention the mugging map/ rules regarding mugging in LOOC in this very situation.

the new player will be receiving a warning for the above reason, as they just negatively impacted your game by killing you for little to no benefit.
