Why should this player be punished?: Player killed three people at regals, then stored his firearms pretty soon after. I cannot know whether he knew his life or freedom were in danger.

Player was then requested - under gunpoint - to remove a firearm from his trunk, he then raised the firearm and shot me, he was immediately killed by the other officer gun pointing him.

I realise I should've used a /me to avoid the risk to myself, but I still do not think the player's actions align with rule 3.4, however I cannot be certain he broke 3.18

ok so for 3.4: Yea you were bound to die when you let a 3x murderer get his AS50 on passive mode, as you can't gunpoint a guy who has a gun on passive mode. Very rookie mistake in your end. As you said, should've done a /me.

for 3.18 : I did a silent raid with a lockpick and a silenced mp9 and I insta finished them off so they did not moan, this made me think cops did not hear anything. When I got out, there were no cops so it was safe for me to deposit my gun to my trunk at that time. If I had known PD knew about the raid I would not depo the gun as it would be very easy to kill you two with an AS50.

As I said, I didn't know your POV for the 3.18.

However you had no chance of getting out alive IMO, got killed by the other officer in less than a second of raising your gun. I had been made aware that you "can't gunpoint" someone in passive, however I did not think you had any realistic chance of survival here. I'm unsure how 3.4 is enforced, it seemed to have changed over the years, but I do think you had no chance of getting out alive.
